POSITIONS AVAILABLE
FLOOR APPRENTICE
The Floor Apprentice supports the daily operations of Mandala Club Singapore, reporting to the Senior Captain. This role plays a key part in delivering The Mandala Way to Service Excellence and creating exceptional experiences for Members and guests. The Floor Apprentice assists with service delivery, maintains operational standards, and contributes to a warm, professional, and engaging atmosphere on the floor.
SENIOR CAPTAIN
The Senior Captain plays a leadership role in overseeing daily operations, guiding Captains and junior team members, and ensuring consistent service excellence across all sections. Reporting to the Operations or Restaurant Manager, the Senior Captain supports the implementation of service procedures, mentors the service team, and upholds The Mandala Club Philosophy — egalitarian, world-class hospitality that feels personal and genuine.
SENIOR BARTENDER
The Senior Bartender, Mandala Club is responsible for the daily running of the bar operations as well as the financial performance of the department. The individual must be well versed in handling administrative tasks and be able to deliver M&E reports.
A focus of the role is team development planning and beverage training execution to ensure the team is knowledgeable and skilled to deliver The Mandala Cycle of Service. The Senior Bartender is an ambassador of the Mandala Philosophy and passionate about moulding a core team to make the Mandala Vision a reality.
