Do I have to be a member to make a reservation?

No you don’t have to be a member. Mirazur by Mandala Club is open to the public. However members receive priority booking on all releases.

I’ve made a reservation for xx day but I am unable to make it, is it possible to change it?

Regrettably, all ticket sales are final and cancellations are not allowed under any circumstance. Tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

I’m having trouble making a reservation, will you be able to assist?

Will I be able to choose seats?

Seats are allocated on a first-come first-serve basis and according to the available seating plan.

Are children allowed at this event?

Mirazur by Mandala Club is for adults and children over the age of 13 only.

There isn’t any availability for my chosen date/party size

We have been overwhelmed at the response for Mirazur by Mandala Club and availability is strictly limited for the period of the residency. Reservations are based on a first come first serve basis, however the release for Menu 4: Fruits  is still to be announced. For first access for this final set of tickets please register for priority ticket access and you will be emailed with a link 24 hours before public release.

What happens if i’m late?

The event is a 2–3 hour experience. For the best experience please arrive on time. Latecomers will regrettably not be able to enjoy the full experience, dictated by time of arrival.

I am vegetarian / vegan can you accommodate my dietary preferences?

Due to the special format of the menu, dietary preferences cannot be guaranteed. However, the Mirazur team will make every effort to accommodate any special requirements. Please get in touch with any specific details, for each of your guests a minimum of 1 week prior to the date of booking, requests after this time will unfortunately not be able to be accomodated.

Where can I view the full menu?

The full menu descriptions are available at www.mandala.club however the exact menus will only be disclosed during the actual experience.

Nut allergies: Are there any dishes with nuts included?

Allergies will be catered for. Please note any details on your reservation request at time of booking or get in touch with any specific details, for each guest minimum of 1 week prior to the date of your visit. Requests after this time will unfortunately not be able to be accomodated.

Is corkage available?

Regrettably we are unable to offer corkage at this event. However, both wine pairing and a highly curated wine list will be available on the day.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is smart casual.

I’m interested in becoming a Mandala Club member, how do I go about it?

Please register your interest and if we feel a profile adds depth to our community we'll reach out to schedule a casual chat to take the conversation further and show you around the club. New members who are approved by the club’s membership committee during the period of the residency will be guaranteed a table at Mirazur presented by Mandala Club, subject to availability*.

Is there parking?

Parking options include valet services next door outside of Zen restaurant ($10 flat fee); street parking; and the public carpark at the end of Bukit Pasoh Road.
