THE PARLOUR
A main dining room alongside several intimate, design-driven spaces, including The Palm Room, The Orchid Room, BAR MORI, as well as The Cellar, featuring over 1,000 wine and spirit labels.
The circular bar – handmade with sustainably sourced wood from artisans in Bali - forms the centrepiece, playing host to the open kitchen charcoal grill, as well as a comprehensive range of premium spirits, Japanese whiskies and sakes. Perfect for any range of events.

BAR MORI
Meet the Club's sushi & sake bar: a vibrant, high-energy space serving up fresh sashimi, signature rolls, and elevated small plates designed to pair beautifully with your evening pour.
Set against a backdrop of hand-carved wood, walk down the neon sign-lined hallway into a space that pulses with a retro-futurist charm. As the night deepens, the mic comes out. Our newly-installed karaoke system transforms the space into your stage for dinner, drinks, and a little debauchery.
